Taking Stock™ is committed to providing the best solutions for the documentation of your belongings. We create a digital video of the interior and exterior of your home, which we put onto a DVD. We create a spreadsheet for your big ticket items, such as computers, electronics, appliances, original artwork, etc. and also take more detailed still photos of these items which we put onto a CD. The time we spend at your home varies depending on your unique situation. Pricing is determined by the size of your home. We provide a free cost estimate over the phone. Once a price is agreed upon, we give you a written estimate at your home and begin the inventory. After the inventory of your home, we finish compiling the data at our office. The inventory is generally ready for you in a few days.

We can also perform a separate inventory of your special collections.

We also offer a small business inventory service geared towards small offices.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon completion of the inventory at your home.
